About Us
Managed by SPRJ Kanyashala Trust, and conducted by Sarvajanik Education Society, Smt. P. N. Doshi Women’s College was established in 1960. The conventional degree courses alone are not enough to guarantee a job to graduate students. Hence, we have tied up with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Skill Development and Vocational Training Institute of India (SDVTII). This initiative will add value to the education and make the students professionally competitive. At the end of the course certificate will be given by NSDC/SDVTII which will have Pan India acceptability. This will also ensure better job placements for the students.
Hindu – Gujarati students will get 50% concession in fees & Jain students will get 80% concession in fees.
Rules & Regulations
- Student must be punctual and regular.
- Students should have 75% attendance otherwise they may not be allowed to appear for the final examination.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Course once selected cannot be changed or transferred to another name.
- Eating and using cell phone is strictly prohibited in the college building, except in the canteen if a student is caught.
- Using of cell phone in any other area of the college campus, there will be fine of 500/-
- Certificate or diploma will be given to the student only after successful completion of the course, internship and the final examination.
- Full fees to be paid at the time of admission.

Fashion Designing
Fashion designing is a dialogue and communication between garment and person who wears it. It is a dynamic profession as fashion changes with change in time, environment, culture and attitude to life. A fashion designer is one who visualizes different dressing styles to suit different personalities on different occasions and transforms these visuals into realities in the form of dresses by using various techniques. It is an art and science of making a personality pleasing, impressive and admirable through conventional and non-conventional dressing styles. This course has been designed by a panel of experts and offers the science and magic of colours, designs, materials and creations of clothes for those with a flair for fashion. It covers the concepts, principles, theories, techniques and trends of Fashion Designing.

Beauty Treatments
People go to great lengths to look beautiful. With the advent of modern times people have become more and more conscious about the way they look and so require professional help to enhance their good features and repair or camouflage their bad features. This course has been designed to enable the students to learn the different beauty treatments and the theory behind them which makes them develop necessary skills to work as a beautician.
